What a weekend to remember!

Neil and I were incredibly proud to represent Macleans at Croke Park on Friday as we accepted our All-Stars Accreditation for the second year in a row at the All-Ireland Business Summit. A huge achievement that reflects the dedication, passion, and hard work of our entire team.

The day was packed with inspiration—from economist Dan O'Brien insights to powerful stories from elite athletes and Olympians. One presentation that truly stood out for me was from Bevin Mahon AIBF President —her message about the power of our inner dialogue really hit home. A timely reminder that the way we speak to ourselves matters just as much as how we speak to others.

It was a pleasure to reconnect with familiar faces and meet so many new ones. Massive thanks to Elaine Carroll (BBS, AITI, QFA), Kapil Khanna, Kieran F. Ring, Briga Hynes, and the entire AIBF team for putting together such a vibrant, meaningful event. And let's not forget the value of stepping back from the day-to-day to celebrate how far you've come—and of course, the fun of dressing up for the occasion (especially in pink!)
